Function: Operate and perform the ministries that are accomplished best within the context of compact units. The following ministries will be carried on by the CLGs:

c. Members’ Church Ministries - Practical Personal and Group Ministries
Leadership Team:
1. Administrative Coordinators - Lead Coordinators
of the CLG.

Pastoral Ministry Coordinators - Coordinators of the spiritual nurture of CLG members.
3.
Small Groups Ministry Coordinators - Coordinators of the promotion, development and maintenance of
small groups.

Members’ Ministries Coordinators - Coordinators of the formation and service of the members’
church ministries.
